Personal Assistant to Directors
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of executive secretarial support to top management
- Oversee calendar and meeting schedule
- Organize meeting and conference with internal and external party
- Manage extensive travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
- Handle business correspondence, mail, email, telephone call, document filing and other administrative duties
- Arrange Directors' personal matter
- Work on ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in serving senior management
- Experience with scheduling personal matters is highly preferred
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
